We create electronic forms using Adobe, FileMaker and Nuance Software to streamline the paperwork required in clinical care.
Dan Kimball is the owner of Fiachra Forms LLC, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has over 28 years of experience in mental health environments, and has been using automated forms for his charting needs since 1999. This has given him a strong foundation in user-centered design related to electronic forms application. In addition to starting Fiachra Forms in 2007 as an internet start-up, he holds particular interest in health care technology, graphic design and web site development.
Interesting Facts: Dan is a Clinical Manager at Jewish Family and Children's Services. He is also
a Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi practitioner, and a member of the School of Tao Chi.
Personal Statement: I enjoy projects that can benefit the mental health profession. I believe in what I do, which begins with the desire to help people use technology to do a better job clinically.
