What is a Mailable Filler?
The OmniForm Mailable Filler allows users to open and fill out forms without needing OmniForm 5.0 software installed. It is ideal for creating a demo of the original version of the form*, and is a self-installing application.

How do I open the file?
If you have not used an OmniForm Mailable Filler file before, you may be asked to install a small
plug-in (OFMailX.cab, from ScanSoft, Inc). Click on the text and select "Allow Blocked Content" to allow the necessary plug-in to start. This is required for the demo file to open.

How do I save the file?
When you save the form, the OmniForm Mailable Filler will create two files with your file name: one executable file (EXE), and one HTML document. The HTML document is automatically created to accommodate those e-mail systems that do not allow executable files (*.exe) to be sent through their systems. The HTML document can be used and e-mailed in the same manner as the original EXE version of the form.

* Demos can only save as a single record and contains a watermark print restriction.
